Palate: Soft and medium bodied fruit driven wine with cassis and red berry flavours. The wine is well balanced with rich oak characters and soft tannins giving the wine a great structure, finish and length. Food Matches: Roasted lamb shanks with fresh rosemary and garlic. Peak Drinking: Now and up to 2 years with careful cellaring.
