Deep ruby colour with a savoury, herbal nose.
Tannins are very firm and the fruit aromatics are austere.
This is a highly structured, full-bodied Cabernet blend that has the density of a northern Bordeaux appellation like St Estephe (wine was tasted blind).
Firm tannins that have quite a grip in the finish.
Closed right now but with the potential to become a gorgeous wine in a decade.
